How are cookies managed?
Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies can be rejected or managed in the preference panel.
AI assistant & document analysis
When you use the AI assistant or attach a document photo, your text or image is sent to Google (Gemini API) as our processor — only when you actively use the feature — to generate a reply or analysis. Sensitive fields (IBAN, passport, tax ID) are never collected or sent. We do not store your chat or image content on our servers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Sub-processor: Google Ireland Limited — policies.google.com/privacy; transfers to the USA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
